a) Something about LES MIS that I like so far is how the author portrays certain words to show foreshadowing and certain meanings.
b) Three techniques Victor Hugo used in LES MIS that made it effective are Connotation, Characterization, and Syntax.
CONNOTATION = This technique allowed me to see certain parts of the book where it implied foreshadowing
CHARACTERIZATION = This technique allowed me to understand certain aspects of the words that indirectly described the bishop
SYNTAX = This technique made me see that it's okay to have run-on sentence as long as they make see sense
